Dear Friends, Supporters, and Lovers of Cajun Cuisine,

I come to you today with a heavy heart but also with a glimmer of hope. After three incredible years of serving up authentic Cajun dishes right here in Boise, our beloved restaurant is facing closure at the end of this month. It's been an amazing journey, but unfortunately, the challenges of the past year have taken their toll.

However, I refuse to let our Cajun spirit fade away. That's why I'm reaching out to you, our incredible community, for help. I am determined to keep the flavors of Louisiana alive in Boise, and I need your support to make it happen.

I have a vision: for a big colorful food truck, adorned with the vibrant colors of Mardi Gras, rolling through the streets of Boise, bringing the soulful taste of Cajun cuisine to every corner of our city. With a food truck, we can reach even more people, spreading joy through gumbo, jambalaya, po'boys, and more.

But it's not just about serving meals on wheels. With your help, we can expand our reach and offer catering services for your special events, pop-up locations at local festivals and markets, and even host Cajun-themed events right here in Boise.

I know times are tough for many of us, but if each of our over 3,000 Facebook followers were to donate just $5, we would have a significant step toward realizing this dream. Imagine the impact we could make together!
