To Honor Michael V. Tomasula

The Family of Michael V. Tomasula set up a gofundme to honor Michael by sponsoring a Veteran service dog for a Veteran in need through the WNYHeroes, Inc. https://wnyheroes.org/ Pawsitive for Heroes Service Dog Program. Our goal is to raise the needed $5,000. The Veteran service dog will be named after Michael (“Lucky”) and will wear a vest (we all know how much Mike loved vests!) with the sponsor’s name that will remain on the dog’s vest for the life of the dog. Our family will be able to meet the Veteran/Hero and express our gratitude on behalf of Michael. As most of you know Mike was a Viet Nam veteran, a medic and a lifesaver and though he did not expose his heroism, he received several medals for his outstanding duty. Mike always supported veterans, every chance he could, through his generosity, compassion, and comradery. Michael also loved dogs-so this is a perfect way to carry on his legacy. We ask family and friends of Mike to contribute so that we might help a veteran in need through our love for Michael.
