To hopefully finish off my cancer story!

My journey started 23rd Dec 19 when I was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in my right hip, femur and knee aged 22. I decided then to do a sponsored walk around Ennerdale water 3rd Jan 20 to raise awareness and money for Bone Cancer and raised a huge 4.7k! I had my hip, femur and knee replaced 1st April 20 along with 10 months of Chemo. My scans stayed clear for nearly 3 years and then Sarcoma returned in my soft tissue around my hip, leaving no option other than amputate the whole leg and partial pelvis. I was also currently pregnant in which I had the difficult decision to terminate in order to have further scans which would have been unsafe for Baby to check if my cancer had spread else where. I have been lucky to have had my 1st born Rhea 1st Sept 22 during the 3 years I was clear of cancer which I am forever blessed for.
I'd love to hopefully finish off my cancer journey this summer (13th July 24) by doing the same walk I started with to raise more awareness and money for this amazing charity and hopefully have many more people join me this time! We will meet at Bleach Green car park at 11am ready for the 11km walk around Ennerdale Water.

Let's help kick cancers but!
