to keep my safety & security in a difficult time

Hello my people,

Unfortunately, I came to a point in my life that I need to share the following words with you to ask for your help. Until this moment, I’ve tried everything in my power to find a solid solution to establish my safety and security, though without success.

2 years ago, I've signed a co-lease agreement along with someone (so we were both mutually accountable) through the faith I had in that person as we shared a relationship of trust, which ended up as huge mistake for me. Today I’m being sued by the rightful creditors (the other parties of the agreement), via the French courts to pay debts on behalf of this person, as I’ve already paid my part. I have received the order of payment in May 2023; extra legal penalties (regarding late payment fees) has been added and the debt reached to 3000 Euros. Currently, last due payment date is 31 July 2023.

It's been 6 years since I moved here in Paris and it has never been easy to survive. And, after all those harsh years of struggle as a Turkish foreigner without an EU passport, I have finally earned my right to apply for the French citizenship, which is at a stake now because of this legal case, and it would be a great shame if I lose the right to do it.

In the edge of this opportunity, being in the middle of this legal suit, on my name with the abovementioned amount, because I was naïve enough to take someone's word granted, really drains me and scares me. As a freelancer I haven’t got enough income, and no other source which I can solve this problem alone today, except with the help of my close and distant circle.

There is literally only 3 days from now on that the debt has to be paid, therefore I created this crowdfunding where I ask for your kind contributions. I don’t know if I’ll be able to pay them back to you one day, so forgive me if I am not able to make any promises to you at the moment, but I’ll be forever grateful to you, and will try to compensate your sincere helps when time comes, maybe not in currency but with any other way and thing that enter into my talents or abilities.
