Charity camp for Ukrainian refugees
Donation protected
Hi, I'm Kshisia, and I'm Ukrainian. I am a mother of 2 kids and I am a refugee.
2 years ago I launched a Good Day surf camp for moms and kids in Portugal. This project’s idea was to show the other side of life to children, to make them forget about gadgets, come into the world of nature and do the most environmentally friendly sport, surfing.
Thousands of women with children were forced to leave their homes and flee to Europe. In fear about their future, worries about their men who've left to defend our homeland. They need support and help just like everyone else. If they’ll be happy, their husbands will have much more strength and motivation to win.
As surfing brings up many important qualities that will help children in life, such as confidence, patience, respect, and what is most important, belief in their own power, I believe it is what they really need now. And also this is an opportunity to relax for moms after what they went through while running away from the war and organize their thoughts about the future.
The best thing we can do for them is to give these children their childhood. Last year we created charity camps for mothers with children who were forced to leave Ukraine. We did 5 charity camps and helped 145 kids. Unfortunately, the WAR IS STILL ON. And we want to make one more camp for families. I ask for your help. We need to raise funds to rent accommodation for them, organize meals, a program for kids and moms for 7 days and of course surfing. Nothing heals better than the ocean!
I invite you to support this project with a donation. Our goal is to help to organize camp for 10-15 families from Ukraine.
You will help to make these families happier, make the Good days for them and what is most important, help to fix their mental state, so they could believe that there are Good days for them.
Let’s do something good together!
I believe that together we will implement a project in support of Ukrainian women with children.
Peaceful sky over your head!
Glory to Ukraine!
