For Piper

Hi, my name is Kate and i’m fundraising to cover the cost of accumulating and future bills for our girl, Piper.

On wednesday morning, Aug 2nd, Piper was hit by an oncoming traffic and was sent to the emergency clinic. She’s unable to stand up, move her hind legs and left front leg and leaning on her left side. We are trying to get her an xray to get a good look from what’s happening inside but we were quoted $700-$1200 alone for just the xray itself. But xrays can only determine what happened with her bones, future tests are in front of us. Surgical intervention isn’t very far from her future and the cost of hospitalization is the most expensive. She’s currently at home resting with pain medications.

We were given an option to surrender her to a shelter to properly take care of her but Piper is what made us a family. She was our first girl, followed by her human sisters Ellie (3y) and Izzie (5m). We wanted her to live her life to the fullest and see her sisters grow up.
