Purchase our own premises and secure our future in Ripon

An Update to our appeal.
Ripon Men’s Shed CIO has amazingly just won the bid to purchase the church and building we currently lease from New life Church - so we now have a great opportunity to both secure our future and also greatly expand what we do and the number of people we serve.

Since launching our GoFundMe appeal we have been working very hard and our members have done a wonderful job at raising money through our various events and hard work, and we must also thank all the local businesses that have been most generous in their donations. We can now reduce our Appeal target from £45k to £20k and your donations will make a huge difference to the Ripon people and the community. We are also still hopeful of securing some grants that have been applied for and financial help from local government.

Ripon Men’s Shed still needs the people of Ripon to come together to support what has become a much valued, appreciated and integral part of the community. What we will achieve together on Water Skellgate will be truly amazing. Over the last 3 years we have built more than just a workshop – we have created a supportive community and an invaluable resource for Ripon. We want to continue to build on this firm foundation and are now asking the Ripon and wider community for just a little more help and get us over the "line".
Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to us and the people of Ripon. Please support us if you can.
