Replace the Trans Memorial after the recent fire
During the recent pride in Manchester the memorial in sackville gardens was severely damaged by fire and will need to be replaced by something more robust .
When the memorial was installed in 2013 it was known that it would not last forever but over the years it has been the victim of various attacks and the weather .
The fund would go to safely removing the existing memorial and preserving it as best as possible in a secure location. To remove the existing plaques for the new structure .
Then A process of design and costing of a new memorial to be chosen by the community to take place .
Any monies remaining will used for its up keep .
At present the memorial is looked after by the charity Sparkle so all funds will go to them for security and transparency
