TO SAVE A FAMILY THROUGH A HOLIDAY OF GIVING.

This is Vincent & Roman Ojeda. Their dad (Eugene Ojeda) is a single father raising his boys all alone. On July 25th of this year, Gene was in a serious car accident and was flown by helicopter to Arrowhead Regional Hospital, in Colton, Ca where he remained in a coma for nearly three months. Gene is out of the hospital now but remains in a wheelchair and unable to financially support his two boys. When Gene returned home from the hospital, he was faced with an eviction notice with no time to respond. He and his boys were evicted from their home within days and all of their belongings were set outside to be pilfered through and stolen. The three of them have been staying in a motel, since they were abruptly put out of their home and now are facing eviction from there. I have been able to raise the cash needed for them to stay one more night but am convinced that there are enough good people in this desert that can help me raise enough to pay for their room at least through Thanksgiving.

If each and every one of you reading this post could find it in your hearts to donate even $1 to this cause, it could help keep this little family warm and together at least through this Thanksgiving Holiday.

We're not asking for much at all. I see people donating all day long on Facebook to save a kitten or a horse and even a bird once. These Facebook groups have thousands of members. If even a quarter of those members from just one of those groups donated a single dollar, it would mean these guys would be able to stay in a warm room for a holiday that is supposed to be about Giving..

I don't want to beg or go on and on about how unfortunate this ordeal is and can't even imagine what is going on in this man's head wondering what he's going to do and what is going to happen to his boys. He is a hard-working, single father who has managed to keep his boys together despite the obstacles he has had to overcome in the last eight years and for him to lose it all because of one split second at the wheel of an automobile is just wrong. He'll get back on his feet and when he does, he'll will do what he has to for his boys but that can't happen overnight which is why I believe, together we can help them, I know we can.
