To the full recovery of Moises!!

Moises’ Testimony:

Crazy how life can change in an instant.

One day you’re fully healthy, able to walk normally, hear and see things clearly, eat your favorite foods, dance to your favorite songs, take a deep breath, and the next day you could be fighting for your life wondering what happened.

They said someone decent found me laying on the street after getting hit by a car while on a scooter after midnight on April 21st and called the ambulance.

I woke up in shock at the hospital and felt like I couldn’t breathe, so I freaked out and took out the tube they had stuck down my throat (which they weren’t so happy about) all I remember them saying was that I was in an accident. I swear to you I was like noooooooooo not my Tesla. They said - no you weren’t driving you were hit on a scooter. I freaked out even more. I kept hearing “wow man you’re lucky to be alive.”

I am so grateful with God that he protected and wrapped his hands around me and my memory. Since I can’t remember I’m choosing to believe he doesn’t want me to.

They said my phone was destroyed and if I had an emergency contact. Thank God I remember my mom’s number. I can’t imagine the feeling she had when she got the call - broke my heart in about a million pieces .

I had liver surgery, 4 screws and a rod get placed in one of the broken legs, 17 screws and 4 metal plates in my jaw and my mom was there with me thru it all. This is probably the craziest thing that’s happened to me but I’m constantly reminded of how blessed I am to have such a loving mom who dropped everything to be literally be my side 24/7 — ️

They say it takes a village, and I'm starting to see the true meaning. If you're reading this still- call your loved ones and tell them you love them for me cuz you truly never know. ❤️‍

My mom had to cancel on all her loyal house-cleaning clients for the entire month just to take care of me round the clock. She's become my nurse, chef, and even my spiritual guardian - like a mother to a newborn. It's been a tough time, with no sleep and no pay. But I'm determined to help her out by covering her bills this month, and this will make a huge difference! I'm incredibly grateful to all those who have contributed.
