Toast Staff Relief Fund

Toast, like all other restaurants in Chicago has had to shut down due to the Covid 19 Virus. Having to close this way has been extremely sad and devastating for so many people.

Toast has been open for 24 years this month and some of the staff have been with me since day one. These are some of the kindest and most hard working people I have ever known, and they could really use some extra help right now.

I honestly don’t know at this point what is going to happen for the future of Toast, but I do know that I would love and appreciate any help possible for our wonderful, suddenly unemployed staff. These people are truly family. I love them dearly and I know that a lot of our long time customers feel the same way.

Thank you all for everything for all of these years, and thank you so so much for any help you can give now.
