My dog Tobi is about 1 year old. He escaped and was hit by a car yesterday. He shattered his spine and tail, and he is now getting veterinary care. I’m asking for help covering his vet bills, which are around $1,500.

What makes this even harder is that Tobi is still being so loving and keeps trying to come over for affection, even while he’s hurt. It’s heartbreaking to watch him go through this and know he still just wants comfort.

I need help right now because my household is already dealing with significant debt, and I can’t work due to disability. Most of the time I can’t even afford food, so there is no way for me to take on these unexpected vet costs on my own.
