Toby Osborn Memorial Scholarship

I am raising funds for the Toby Osborn Memorial Scholarship. This past year I was able to bless a graduating senior with a $1000 scholarship. I was so grateful to do this in honor of Toby. I could not have done this without the generous donations of friends and family. My goal is to keep this scholarship going and to keep Toby’s memory and legacy alive in the process.
Toby was a dedicated teacher at North Richland Middle for 11 years. He loved his students and loved passing on his love of history. He was also very dedicated to band. He was an amazing trumpet player. He loved marching with the Richland High School band. He then went on to be a member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Band. Band and education were very important to him. The scholarship will be awarded to a senior at Richland who is in the band and has shown a commitment to education.
