Hello there everyone. My name is Carey Bert and I am opening this GoFundMe page for my brother, Todd. Todd has worked as a custodian in the Mishawaka Schools system for 24 years. Todd was recently diagnosed with T-cell Lymphoma/T-cell Leukemia and is currently in the hospital. His platelet count was so low that he had to be admitted to the hospital to receive plasma to try and get his counts up. He is in isolation due to the risk of infection and is currently unable to work. Todd is receiving chemo treatments, and the doctor is unsure when or if he will be able to return to work.

His finances have been affected over the past couple of years by a stroke that limited his work hours. Any funds raised will go toward his medical expenses and supplement his living expenses.
