**Ayudemos a mi tía a recuperar su salud**

Queridos amigos y familia:

Hoy quiero pedirles un favor muy especial. Mi tía, una persona increíblemente bondadosa y siempre dispuesta a ayudar a los demás, se enfrenta a un serio problema de salud. Los médicos le han indicado que necesita un cateterismo urgente por presentar estos diagnósticos:

1. EAC de 3 vasos (ADA, Cx y Cd) y 3 sub ramos (Dg1, ROM1 y RV).

2. Hipertensión Arterial de larga data.

3. Diabetes Mellitu tipo 2.

Por lo que amerita una operación esencial para su bienestar. Sin embargo, los costos de esta intervención son altos y nuestra familia necesita reunir fondos para poder cubrirlos.
