Together for Candy Grant's Memorial

My amazing mother Candy Grant age 51 was born Augusta 28th 1973 Mother of 6, Kesondra Le’ann Grant age 16, Annastacia Florinda Grant age 20, lsaac Franklin Grant age 21, Kesarra mayli Grant age 25, Audreanna Angelique Grant 26, Elysia Simon conzett age 30. She has sadly left us on December 26, 2024 at piedmont in Augusta. She attended Thomson High school and graduated in 1991. She love to sing and dance with her children and she did not mind giving her shirt off her back to anyone . She loved us dearly. She was diagnosed with pneumonia and flu. She didn’t want us to worry bout her health condition which led to her passing. We are asking for any love and support you could provide to help with a proper burial. My mom wishes is to be buried with her husband’s family. The youngest Kesondra Grant, 16 is in 9th grade. If you would want to donate school supplies etc. we would greatly appreciate you and anything y’all can do.
