Together for Dan, Codie, & Chloee Richardson

Hello my name is Beth Taulbee. I'm setting up this fundraiser for Dan, Codie, and their sweet daughter, Chloee. As many of you know, Dan suffered a massive stroke recently. Dan has overcome medical issues in the past but this one is going to be different. Working is out of the question for quite some time. Codie is going to need assistance to pay bills, fuel her vehicle to travel to Columbia and later to Springfield to see and advocate for Dan. Chloee is involved in activities such as karate and though she would never ask to go if she knew it was a burden, she's a child and her life needs stability at this time. Although it will be some time before Dan gets to come home, when he does, modifications will have to be made to get him in and around their residence. A ramp will be needed, doorways may need to be widened, etc. That is down the road but something Codie has to plan for. I've known Dan for almost two decades and never has he turned me down when I asked for his assistance. I know many of you can say the same thing about his willingness to help us out. Bent Tree truly is filled with good-hearted people and at this time I feel strongly that we should come together to help this family in any way we can. You don't have to feel obligated to give a lot, remember every little bit adds up and will alleviate some of Codie's concerns about how she is going to make it. Once her vacation is used up she will not receive a paycheck. Although, Dan and Codie would not ask for assistance, I'm asking that we rally around them at this time. And, remember prayers are FREE!
