Together we can heal families

Hello Friends and Family, thank you for taking the time to read about our fundraiser.

As most of you know, Des and I have a passion for helping people. Des and I are currently working towards our next dream of completing two facilitator trainings this August 2022.

We have worked hard on raising most of the money needed for this facilitator training. But we need your help with the last bit. We are wanting to take two courses in the month of August and the dates are approaching fast. We are able to take the facilitator training over zoom so it will cut cost of travelling.

The first facilitator training is called Fatherhood Is Sacred®, Motherhood Is Sacred® This 3-day intense training is for individuals wanting to be certified as Facilitators in Fatherhood Is Sacred®, Motherhood Is Sacred® curriculum.

This curriculum provides individuals with the knowledge and skills to implement a 12-session program that assists fathers, mothers, and families to fully realize their potential. With this training we will be able to host workshops to empower families and help families heal from generational trauma.

The second facilitator training we want to take is Strengthening Relationships® Facilitator Certification Training.

This training provides individuals with the knowledge and skills to implement a 14-session program that assists fathers, mothers, and families in enhancing their capacity to promote strong, healthy, and positive relationships (i.e. marriage, families, friendships, etc). Building relationships is an important key to success in all aspects of our lives. Some of life’s greatest happiness and greatest sorrow come from relationships we have with others in our families and communities.

We believe that healing starts with the family and building up that family to be successful, caring individuals to begin to strengthen their family. Please help us achieve our dream in working towards being sustainable, working with communities and to help with the healing process. Anything helps, with your donation you will be supporting us in covering the time off work and the cost of part of the course which works out to 4,800 per person per course. ​
