Together we fight #TravisStrong

Last Sunday while Travis and Christy were visiting Travis’s Dad and stepmom and playing a game of Taboo, Travis began laughing hysterically and started choking and coughing. He stood up to to try to regain composure and to catch his breath and lost consciousness and fell directly on the back of his head and quit breathing for 2-3 minutes. His fall resulted in (the medical diagnosis thus far)... 2 skull fractures, facial fracture, 3 brain bleeds, a brain contusion, rupture of both eardrums and a concussion. He spent 3 days in ICU and was discharged due to a shortage of beds in the hospital. (Way too soon)
Although he is suffering a great deal right now, we know God’s hand is on him because it could’ve been so much worse.
Since they have been home, he has been in excruciating pain and unable to eat due to nausea and no appetite.

Please pray for healing of his fractures, brain bleeds, brain contusion and eardrums; that his pain will be relieved, the nausea will subside, he will get his appetite back and will have NO residual side affects from the brain injury. We believe in the power of prayer and God’s complete healing and restoration! They are so grateful for all their family and friends and all the prayers. They are truly blessed to be loved and cared for by so many! ❤️

The unknown plus all the medical bills has caused a hardship to say the least while caring for his wife and their seven children.
