Together We Run: Uplifting Our Community

Buff Boyz started as a group of people sharing in their endeavor to pursue a fitness-driven lifestyle. Along the way we've grown into a group of friends and we are always looking for a challenge, especially one that supports our community.

For the month of October we are each trying to complete 100 miles of running. Similarly, Best Buddies is a charity that fosters many of these same principles. October is also National Down Syndrome Month and we run in honor of our loved ones. We are asking for your support and encouragement on our journey to 100.
