Mark Birmingham and Idania Perez Jimenez, would have never thought it would hit this close to home.
This is Matthias Birmingham, and until four days ago, Matthias was a typical 13-month-old adorably sweet little boy. Crawling and on his way to walking, playing with his toys and cuddling up under his parents, are his favorite things to do.
What began as Flu like symptoms quickly turned into a parents worst nightmare, Neuroblastoma Cancer.
As the parents are understandably reeling from the devastating news, we are asking for your help in supporting them as they pick up and move to Philadelphia for lifesaving treatments for their sweet baby boy.
No amount is too small as the parents need all of the support that they can get right now. While the parents concentrate on Matthias’ treatments and making important decisions regarding their baby’s future, let’s come together and help ease the financial burden of this situation.
