In honor of Tom Mcarthur

On November 29, 2018 Tom McArthur was diagnosed with pancreatic and liver cancer. The doctors gave him 4-6 months to live with chemo. This hit our family very hard. As a family, we decided chemo wasn't on the table, so we set out in search for his best option. Our dad trusted us fully with the path we decided to take, and set his life in our hands. He had a CT scan in April 2019 which showed minimal growth. While we were a little discouraged, the doctor was amazed with our dad's physical condition. It was no reason to give up. That is not what we do. We stayed the course. In June 2019 his CT scan showed minimal growth once again, but this time it spread to his bones. Still we fight. We don't give up. For these past 9 months we have countinued to do everything in our power to keep him healthy and here with us. My parents have always been hard working, kind, and giving people. They are the amazing example of love. On July 26th in the afternoon Tom passed away with his wife, son and daughter at his side as he took his last breath. He put up a courageous fight and proved he was so strong all the way through. If you can help in any way it would be more than appreciated. All funds will be put towards medical bills and funeral expenses for Tom.
