This is not a story about a cancer, this is a story about a wonderful woman and her family.
Danielle and her young family lived in their little house on a little street. A hard working family just getting on with their life, devoted to their two young children and of course one another. Only just recently married and looking forward to the rest of their lives together.
Having received an inheritance gift from her late grandma, Danielle decided to buy some memories and booked a family holiday of a lifetime, to visit New York then fly to Mexico for 10 days.
But 10 days before they were due to fly Danielle was admitted to hospital with painful back ache, which we all naturally thought would be fixed before they flew off on their long awaited holiday, but sadly this was not to be, as 3 weeks after being admitted to hospital our wonderful daughter passed away in hospital at the young age of 38 leaving behind a loving husband Tom, and two young children Bella (8) and Teddy (4)
We were all left devastated, this hole in our life will never be filled, but we must go forward as the two young children and the widowed father need our help more than ever.
Unfortunately the holiday company refused to reimburse or compensate the £8000 holiday, which was paid for over a year ago.
So we ask for your help, as this is something, as parents, we never thought we’d have to do, lay our precious, loving daughter to rest.
The cancer in which Danielle was diagnosed with metastasis, a rare cancer which affects 1 in 10,000 triggered by an unknown source.
Our priority is the young family this cancer has left behind. Both Tom and Danielle were self employed where help is minimal or non existent, with bills to pay, a mortgage to keep up with and days with the children, we painfully ask for your help.
This is such a sad story, but hopefully someday there will be some light at this very dark tunnel.
So on behalf of Tom, Bella and Teddy we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all you can do.
