Tom’s Eye Surgery

Hi, my name is Caitlin and I am raising money for my cat Tom Shelby’s eye surgery.

As a kitten, he always had weird looking eyes, but we thought it made him unique and extra cute. That was until we realized that there was something growing over his eyes to the point we could barely see them anymore. We took him to the vet and the only thing they could do was prescribe eye drops which did nothing. They said he needed to go to a special animal eye doctor because of his condition.

He developed abnormally in utero which affected his eyes. They are smaller than they are supposed to be, called microphtalmia, which is causing entropion and third eyelid protrusion. Advanced cases, like his, affect the sight and require surgery or else he will go blind. Sadly, I cannot afford surgery so I am trying to raise the money to save my baby from going blind.
