Tom Havens memorial for Jake

On August 27, our family was forever changed by the devastating loss of our beloved Tom.  In addition to being one of the kindest, gentlest are most caring human beings, Tom was also the greatest dad to two amazing young men, Ryan and Jake.  Jake is an engaging non-verbal young man with autism and Tom was his favorite person on earth.  The severity of Jake's condition will require that he receive life-long 24/7 caregiving and other support.   It would be Tom's wish that his family and specifically, his son Jake's, needs be taken care of in his absence. A special trust has been set up to help provide for Jake.
