Our families livelihood was upturned on Sunday March 27. James had a stroke and collapsed leaving our family in panic. He is a dad, son, uncle and loved one to so many. We’re not ready to share specifics to everyone yet but so many people have been asking how they can support. We will update when we can. The things we are sure of is that it’s very serious, extreme but we’re trying to stay hopeful. He’s spent so much of his life caring for the people around him and it’s our turn to support back. Our family is spread out across the country and our immediate family rushed from all ends of the country to support James. Hotel bills, aftercare, travel and care for the kids are all adding up fast. We really need support to make it possible for us stay in Halifax a the hospital. The money from this go fund me is going directly to Jame’s mom, brother, wife and kids to help us with food and accommodations for the time in Halifax. Genuinely aside from some kind words, loving energy and thoughts- income support would be ever so helpful. Our family has never asked for help like this but we really need it right now. Our top priority is to be in support of each other and James as a family right now. Please help us make it possible to focus on giving each other support and not focus on the costs of things.
