We're having lots of problems with our home insurance (since it's in my grandfather's name and he passed away in 2019, and all of our records of the insurance burned along with our home). Additionally, she also is the director of the Foothill Music Together. We are trying to raise funds to help get a fresh start, restore her piano and get her life back together again.

<div>My good neighbors across the street on Fair Oaks in Altadena, GT and Vikki, along with their adult son Tyler, lost their house in the Eaton<strong> </strong>Fire<strong>.</strong> I’m starting this on their behalf because my coworkers did one for me and I hope G and Vikki can get the same support. I know they have the same basic expenses I’ve run into - food, clothing, shelter, a thousand sundries in addition to food for their ginormous dog Roger. They’ve been great neighbors and I’m going to miss Tyler’s beaming smile and the wave and 'what’s up B' I’d get from GT pretty much every day… well, for a little while at least, hopefully. Anyway, thanks for the help and take care.

<div>Hello everyone, my name is Cristina Rincon and my father, Jose Trinidad Rincon, along with my family, has faced a devastating loss: their home. A wildfire that broke out in Eaton Canyon on the night of January 7, 2025, destroyed the home I was raised in, reducing it to ashes.

<div>In our family home lived my father, my sister  Maria Rincon with her seven-year-old son, my grandfather who is 93 years old and has multiple medical conditions, and my aunt who was the primary caregiver for my grandfather. My father recently rehoused my grandpa from his country to our home here in Altadena, California, due to his age and medical concerns. now my family is currently homeless and distraught with this tragedy.

<div>My father not only lost his home but everything that he has worked so hard for. He came to this country with absolutely nothing and worked tirelessly to give us an amazing family home. He lost all of his work trucks and all the material and tools that he needs to use daily to pay for the beautiful home that once stood there.

<div>To say the least, my dad is so humble and helpful to all those around him, and anyone who knows him will vouch for this. He always opened his home to family and friends, and now all that is gone. This man is the best father and grandpa anyone can ask for. He did everything for those around him.

<div>As we all know, the devastation and heartbreak in Los Angeles with all these fires especially the Eaton fire in Altadena and Pasadena.

<div>A loved one, Jonathan Franklin and his family lost their homes.
</div>
<div>They evacuated with very few items in hopes they would return but unfortunately, they lost it all and no longer have anything to go back to with what little they have packed. Thankfully, they are all safe and have each other. However, they will have to reform their lives and homes.
