Tongshoua Yang - Amputation due to frostbite
Donation protected
My name is Yee Vang and I am reaching out to raise funds for my nephew, Tongshoua Yang.
On January 16, 2024, Tongshoua suffered frostbite on both of his hands due to the harsh winter weather, resulting in the amputation of six of his fingers. This devastating loss will make it challenging for him to carry out daily tasks and secure his financial future.
The funds raised will be directly allocated to Tongshoua to assist him during this difficult period. They will be utilized for essential needs such as food, educational tools, and any unforeseen expenses that may arise. Tongshoua is unable to write due to his condition, so electronic devices and equipment will be crucial for his continued education.
Tongshoua’s parents are divorced, and he currently resides with his father. Unfortunately, his father’s limited English proficiency and infrequent visits to the hospital have left Tongshoua in need of additional support. As his aunt, I am committed to helping him navigate this challenging time and alleviate any financial strain he may be facing.
I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all who have shown their support, whether through monetary contributions or by sharing our GoFundMe link. Your generosity means the world to me and my family. Thank you for standing with us during this difficult time.
