Toni Costa's Chrysalis Manor

Toni Costa has dedicated her life to helping people recover from addiction and alcoholism. She has created a non profit in her home and the house behind hers where she houses people beginning their journey to recovery. Chrysalis Manor (both homes) are under water in Dickinson. She and the folks living there have lost everything!j 2 homes, 6 cars, Toni's Harley and all their clothes and belongings.
