Toni Kilpatrick's medical costs

Hi, my name is Emily Tucker and I am raising funds to help Toni while she is out of work due to some pretty major medical issues. She is a life-long friend, teacher, mom, daughter and so much more to so many. She has spent her life building a career as a teacher to help students reach their full potential; now it's our turn to show her support during what some say is the hardest part of illness...the road to recovery. Toni has undergone several surgeries to alleviate a very complicated infection in her leg that has rendered her unable to walk. She has an aggressive, antibiotic-resistant infection in her blood that will require extensive treatment, hospital stays, and lots of time away from work and family, which has left her with an insurmountable medical burden. While Toni remains in UAB hospital, I am asking anyone who feels led to donate to her medical fund to cover expenses such as basic living expenses, medical deductibles, travel expenses, etc. Toni is one of the most loving and giving people I have ever known, and it is my prayer that we can surround her with support.
