Tobi’s Hyperthyroidism & Heart failure treatment

Hi, my name is Tobi and I was recently diagnosed with Hyperthyrodism & potential heart failure; lost my vision due to these complications. My family did everything they could in the time frame I was admitted to my passing. My heart failure was advancing too fast and unexpectedly and I was under too much pain... my dad made the decision to let me go in peace.
