Hello As some of you may know my brother in law had a leg amputated 3 years ago. He now has a cancerous tumor in other leg and recently fell and broke his femur and had surgery. He cannot get to his chemo or doctor appointments because he needs a wheelchair ramp. Please help him if you can.
