Tony E. Fraley - Heart Transplant
Donation protected
We are preparing for something very important in the life of Pastor Tony E. Fraley’s and we are asking for your moral, financial, and emotional support. He will need a heart and will be faced with enormous annual costs in order to pay for post-transplant prescription medications and insurance premiums.
Even though he has health insurance, the cost of immunosuppressive medications (medications that help prevent organ rejection in transplants) typically ranges from $20,600 to $32,900 per year. Even with his health insurance covering some of these costs, his medicine co-pays will still be unaffordable.
In the midst of this situation, there is great news; he is enrolled in the Georgia Transplant Foundation's (GTF) Transplant Fundraising Program and is eligible to receive a dollar-for-dollar match, up to $10,000, which he can then use for post-transplant related costs. His fundraising account is held at GTF and is managed by staff and overseen by an advisory committee. The funds are held and distributed to him for approved transplant-related expenses once his transplant occurs.
Today's tough economic conditions make it difficult for him to meet these needs without help from people like you. Your donation will improve not only help his transplant success but also his quality of life after the transplant by helping him plan for the uncovered costs of post-transplant expenses.
If you choose to donate using checks or money orders, make it payable to Tony E. Fraley Fundraiser. Please put Heart Transplant Fundraiser in the “memo" section of the check. Donations can be mailed directly to PO Box 555, Milledgeville, GA 31059-0555. Funds will be deposited into a Fundraiser account at Century Bank and Trust in Milledgeville, GA for Tony E. Fraley.
Donations will be transferred to an account that is established with the Georgia Transplant Foundation once a heart is available for the transplant procedure. Transplantation can be an overwhelming situation.
We are thankful for friends like you who will help to make it seem less overwhelming. We thank you in advance for your support of my endeavor to assume self-responsibility for my medical needs through fundraising.
