Tony Otto Recovery Funds

While visiting the Las Vegas area to see some family members drag racing, Tony Otto's home-van burned to the ground in the early morning of April 13 at the South Point Casino. Tony lost everything, drivers license, credit cards, phone, computer as well as his two cats, Shadow and Tuxedo, who got out alive but ran off and still have not been found. Tony received basic medical care and was released but had nowhere to go except for a local shelter. He was able to finally contact me to share everything that had happened and we were able to begin getting him back to California to help him recoup everything.

Since that time, he has been working to obtain an ID and a phone, which has been a struggle in itself, to reconnect with his business and financial activities. He has also been able to sign up for medical coverage to help with the physical recovery of the fire. However, the financial impact continues to be a struggle. At this point, he could use some help to fund housing and pay some bills.

Those of you who know Tony, know his personality has always been to help. Whether it's a young Starter in training or a race series or track getting off the ground, Tony was always willing to share his knowledge and experience with all. This time Tony needs our help and I'm hopeful we can all be as much help to him as he is to us.
