Tony Wall

As many of you know, Tony Wall passed away on August 4, 2022, after a long, painful, heroic three-year battle with cancer. His greatest fear and the thing that kept him forging ahead with all the painful treatments was leaving his family. He wanted to spend as much time as possible with them. This Gofundme page has been set up to pay tribute to Tony by helping to support his daughters Mackenzie, Campbell and Cameron with their college expenses. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center to support other families facing the insidious battle with cancer.

The following is a loving tribute that Tony's daughter Mackenzie posted on her social media that provides a brief snapshot of her father:

Growing up, my Dad taught me that there are three kinds of people in this world.. those who watch things happen, those who wonder what happens, and those who make things happen. If you knew my Dad, you know he was the guy that made things happen. Made people smile, laugh, feel loved, appreciated and welcomed. In his beautiful and fulfilling life, he was many things: a chef, a mentor, a restaurant owner, a friend, a son, a brother, a husband, and above all, to me, a wonderful father. My Dad was my number one cheerleader and I will always miss him in my back corner, but I know he will always be there to watch over my sisters and me. Cancer may have taken his life, but it never took away his spirit, even in his final moments. My Dad is and will always be the most brave and strongest person I know, and I am so blessed to have him as my father; Dad this is all for you.
