Tonya L. Butler

Tonya L. Butler was an amazing mother to five beautiful children. She is survived by her daughter, Dawn, who gave her 2 beautiful grandchildren, Dustin and Aurora, and her 4 sons; T.J., Joshua, Nathaniel and Gabriel. All of whom live in a house without the mother who made it their home. Her son TJ has special needs and it was Tonya's passion to share the beauty and awareness of down syndrome. Her sons Joshua and Nathaniel are both young talented trades men and her son Gabriel is in his second year at Franklin & Marshall where he is studying to be a chemist. 

Tonya was blindsided by a stage 3 diagnosis of gallbladder cancer in April 2023. She had numerous lengthy stays at Fox Chase Cancer Center where she also received chemotherapy, immunotherapy and radiation treatment. All of which were not able to save her. She suffered a tremendous amount of pain which was so difficult to see but she handled it so graciously. Never complaining and continuing to praise and thank The Lord. 

Her children are working hard not only to pay for funeral costs and services but also to pay off her medical bills and attempt to buy the family home where her 4 boys still live. 

In Tonya's honor, her children greatly appreciate any contributions made. Thank you for your kindness and generosity.
