Tonya Phillips’ End of Life Journey

**Update 11/11/22: Tonya is declining. She is waiting on   Jesus and there with her family. Continue to pray for peace and comfort. 

**Update 11/9/22: I visited Tonya and Kagen today. Tonya is in good spirits and that is helping Kagen. Hospice has started comfort meds and Tonya reports good pain relief for the first time in her life. She is spending precious time with her family in the comfort of her home. Please continue to pray. There is nothing more dreaded than to lose a parent. All through our lives we do our best to avoid the thought. However, it’s even harder when you have little notice it is coming.

Tonya is a mom and a grandmother. She loves her family and friends and is always the life of the party. Her contagious laugh and sense of humor will never be forgotten. The family has recently been hit with the news of her rapid decline. She was placed on hospice and had been given only weeks to live. With the sudden onset of this journey, I am setting up this fundraiser to her relieve the imminent event of her death and the toll on her family. Having the stress of funeral costs and burial lifted off the minds of the family will allow Tonya’s last days to be spent with her family without monetary worry. Thank you all.
