Help Needed for Tonya Rae Schuller's Funeral

Donation protected
Our beloved Tonya passed suddenly on January 8th, 2023. She was only 50 years old. Tonya was a wonderful daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, niece and friend who touched the lives of those around her. She leaves behind her mother Bobbie, father Bill, brother Troy, daughters Mia and Sierra, granddaughter Amarisssa, a niece and nephew, 4 uncles, 2 aunts, 9 cousins and many friends.

After completing schooling at the Intellitech Medical Institute as a Massage Therapist, Tonya soon excelled as a top-notch therapist and had a thriving career.
Tonya dedicated her life to her family. When her mother Bobbie became gravely ill, Tonya moved back to Colorado Springs from Georgia to be with her mom and care for her. And she stayed as her mother's caregiver when Bobbie's health worsened.
The greatest joy in Tonya's life was her two girls Mia and Sierra and becoming grandma "Gigi" to Mia's little girl Amarissa.

A personal message from Mia: "I absolutely loved my mom to pieces. She made sure to always let us girls know how much we meant to her. She taught me to be beyond brave and to be strong even when I thought I was going to break. She was there for the roughest of my days and never judged me for anything. She made sure that we were always taken care of regardless of what she had to do. She loved Amarissa so much. As soon as she found out I was pregnant that was the light of her life. She was there for my super intense birthing experience as well as every sleepless night she could when she had surgeries or was in the hospital. My mom was my best friend and words will never explain how much I love her and how much she is going to be missed."

With Tonya's devastating loss, the family is not prepared for the high cost of funeral arrangements. They want to give Tonya the memorial she deserves, to honor her memory and say last goodbyes.

I am currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of Tonya’s final arrangements. The family needs to raise $3200 to be able to afford arrangements for Tonya's cremation and memorial service. To honor Tonya, while considering expenses, the family plans to retain some of Tonya's ashes and scatter the remainder. The original goal was lowered to reflect this decision. At this time, the final decision hasn't been made on a location for the scattering. Understandably, the family is reeling from this sudden overwhelming loss and it will take time to finalize all decisions.

Please note that I've added a couple hundred to the goal to cover GoFundMe fees which are 2.9% plus 30 cents per donation. Also, when donating, GoFundMe suggests a 15% tip. This isn't a requirement. You can customize to any amount, even 0%.

Please consider donating, as any amount will truly help Tonya's family during this difficult time.

Thank you so much and have a blessed day.
