Toodies fight against DIPG

May 22, 2017,  7 years young,  Mah'leah (Toodie) was diagnosed with D.I.P.G (Diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma) which is a fatal brain tumor that kills children in less then a year.  The only treatment that a child can expect is a course of radiation to help with the symptoms caused by the tumor in the early stages of this devastating disease. With radiation the prognosis for recovery is less than 1% and life expectancy is 9 months to a year after diagnosis. 

Toodie was immediately put on 6weeks of radiation which started 6/7/17.  During this time my baby has not once cried or asked "why her" ...Toodie makes it very clear that she is brave and strong & will continue to fight.  If you feel that you have nothing to donate PRAYER is better then anything.

These funds that will be donated by friends, family, and loved ones will go towards travel expenses to doctors that provide safe treatment to prolonged diagnosis and other expenses to keep Toodie comfortable and living the joyous life that she deserves.
