Tools to grow her career

My oldest daughter, Alessandra (Allie) LaCrosse, has earned a new job. She has been working towards becoming an apprentice autobody technician for several years and her employer has granted her that growth opportunity. With this opportunity she must also provide her own set of tools. They offer some tools but to go and find what she needs takes precious time, having as many of her own essential tools would be best. As an apprentice Allie is making under $45k a year. She lives on her own and covers her monthly expenses, not leaving much room to pay for tools but she is determined to grow her skills and career and will finance tools as needed. All funds received will go towards buying tools and reducing the overall cost burden.
