Adriane has too much brain to contain :)
Donation protected
My sister, Adriane Whitmore, will be having surgery in November at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Adriane has a severe case of Chiari Malformation, a condition in which the cerebellum is too large to stay contained inside the skull and herniates down into the spinal column causing pressure on the brain stem. While she has known about it for years, it has recently become nearly debilitating and can only be corrected with surgery. We are all hoping that this brain surgery will give her back a good quality of life, so she can continue loving on those two adorable children of hers! This operation will be extremely costly, even after insurance pays their part. In addition, she will incur travel costs, child care expenses, and time off work. Are you able to help? The tiniest bit will add up, no amount is too small! This is a secure way to donate to the cause, and there are even incentives :)
