Toothless tess help me rip them out

I do not have dental insurance. I have two teeth that are freaking killing me and i need them ripped out. I am poor as hell. 

You see my horrible life choices has left me with a mouth full of bad teeth and a heart full of regret. 
I currently have 4 teeth (not wisdom) that need to be extracted immediately. They are causing me excruciating pain.
I will eventually need an oral surgeon to remove my wisdom teeth that are impacted in my jaw bone/ get implants put in so i actually have molars to eat with.
I am not asking for all of these things to be covered, i'm asking for help to remove these teeth before it gets worse.

Any extra money left over from this dental procedure from this campagin will be used  purely for medical bills.
