Top Surgery for a Better Life

Sailor is a lad from East Tennessee. Over the past year, Sailor has thought about what a happy and fulfilling life might look like. They have taken steps in their career and relationships to gear up for a happier future, but at the end of the day, they sit, stand, and lie down in a body that doesn't feel right.

Sailor concluded that top surgery must be a part of their future.

Sailor has had consultations with the surgeon at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville, TN, and is ready to schedule a date for surgery. Unfortunately, their insurance claim was denied, and now they are tasked with raising the money on their own.

UPDATE 12/04/22:

Sailor's insurance came through. They have to pay the maxiumum out of pocket for the surgery up front on the day of their surgery, which is in late December. That maxiumum out of pocket is $5,352.

This makes the new grand total with the Post-op expenses $7,412.
