Top Surgery funding for a trans man

I am a trans man who has started my medical transitioning last year in September taking testosterone. Now a year on it I have not been able to gain the flat chest I thought would happen. Because of this, I have been feeling much more dysphoric than thought previously, I have not been able to swim or run without feeling uncomfortable in my own body. 
I feel that getting top surgery would be the logical next step. I would now be able to go out and do what I want without fear of being misgendered. I would be able to enjoy activities I before felt too uncomfortable to do.

With this money, I will be able to fund the process as well as the hospitalization for the surgery. In addition to any supplies, I would need to buy in preparation for the surgery. 

I am looking to complete this surgery by the end of the year. It would mean a lot if this would be fully funded for it.
