To Help Todd Pieper and Family with Medical Bills

Hello, My name is Steven Nagel; we are fundraising to help our good friend and co-worker Todd Pieper. Todd was diagnosed with lung and brain cancer on September 15th. He has had two brain surgeries and will likely have to undergo chemotherapy and/or radiation for his lung cancer. We hope this fundraiser alleviates some of the financial burdens on Todd and his family.

UPDATE: 9-22-2022

As you can see, Todd is back in his room after his second surgery on Tuesday, the 20th. His first surgery to remove tumor #1 in his brain went well. The second surgery on Tuesday to remove tumor #2 went okay, but they could not remove the entire tumor due to it being too close to his motor cortex. We do not have any information on the following steps to get the rest of that tumor.

UPDATE: 9-24-2022

Todd was moved today into intensive physical therapy at UW Montlake. He will go through 2-3 weeks of PT depending on how his body responds. They want to get his body as strong as possible for what looks like will be chemo and radiation to get the rest of the second tumor out of his brain. Running test on his lungs and hope to have more info on that in the next 10-14 days. I have been texting with Todd and he is very moved by all of your support. Please keep it up.
