Tori Weems Final Expense and Emergency Medical Fund

Our daughter, Tori, suffered from complications of Type 1 diabetes. She had lost her primary insurance with Duke because of her medical condition. She was in the ICU for 8 days with extraordinary care and no one can prepare for this type of situation and we are requesting help.

Tori loved life and her beautiful smile and infectious laughter are missed. Her Irish dancing and the Island of Friends she met at Inis Cairde were the most memorable. She lived life to the fullest every single day!

If you are able to help in any way, please consider doing so in lieu of flowers. Her service will be handled through Bright funeral home and a celebration of life will be at Bay Leaf Baptist Church in Raleigh, NC.

We are so grateful for all of the love that has been shown towards our family over the last several weeks. From cards, to hundreds of visits, meals, blankets, pillows, the generosity has been overwhelming. We have definitely felt the love from our friends and family.
