Tornado Destroyed my Families House…Nothing is Left

My family has nothing left…

At 4:58 PM, 10/09/2024, they were hit by something I or them would have never imagined possible. As hurricane Milton inched closer to the Florida, the devastating outer bands were the first to arrive. Located on Rustic Rd, Loxahatchee, FL 33470, the small studio duplex my mom and sister rented was destroyed. Clothes, computers, food, etc was ruined or carried away by the tornado that hit the house. Their one and only car parked behind the house was sent flying into a distant canal. By a miracle and Gods will, the pets and them were able to get into the bathroom…the only thing left standing. Although physically they were unscathed, mentally and financially they are deeply hurt.

My family has been struggling financially for a while, and now they have nothing left. They have no money to find a new home nor get a new car. With no means of transportation or home, they are homeless, and have no way of bettering themselves.

I beg, ask, and pray for anyone who is able to help us out to please do so. If you’re unable to donate, please pray for us, and share so that my family can have a chance to get back on their feet. For anyone else affected by this tragedy I pray for you all and just know God is there.

All money raised will go directly to covering the costs of a rental deposit and a used car so that they can drive to and from work and take my sister to school.
