COVID-19:  Toronto Relief Effort:

     A large group of Toronto's population is in trouble right now and they need our help. Due to the confusion and lack of resources that COVID-19 is causing, many homeless/low income/drug addicted people's usual support systems have been closed or otherwise become out of reach/unavailable. So we have been going to Toronto the past 2 Friday's in order to give out food/water to vulnerable groups of people. However the only concern isn't just access to food and water.  Many women have expressed to us during our last 2 trips to Toronto that they are unable to get basic hygiene products.  We're heartbroken by the situations these people are in and we've decided that we can do, and will do more. However we can't do it alone, we need everyone's help. We've been funding the last 2 trips ourselves and we will continue to add our funds to the efforts. But each time we've gone to Toronto we've run out of food early and have not been able to give to all the people we've saw.  To give a better understanding of the situation, the first Friday we went (March 27th) we were able to put together 24 bags full of food and water, we ended up running out of food early, there were still many that needed a bag.( We give one bag per person) We realized the need was way greater than we anticipated, so when we went the second time (April 3rd), we prepped 40 bags. However we ran out early again, and we estimated that we would've needed 60+ bags to provide for all those who asked us for food/water. In order to increase the amount of people we can provide with food/water/and now hygiene kits, we need support from everyone who is willing, any amount helps , all we ask is $1-$2. We're greatly appreciative of anything you're able to give,  we know that God will provide. And whatever you guys donate, we'll toss in more on our end to provide for even more people. We understand that because of quarantine, you guys can't be with us. So we'll be constantly updating you all with photos/vlogs to show you the process and the efforts, so that you see the amazing effect of your donations and generosity :).
