Tory Jones was in car accident on July 23rd, 2019 and has broken his back at the T 12 vertebrae. It is shattered and is causing paralysis in his legs which may be irreversible.
Chelsea Jones·Aug15th Update
“Hey guys just an update for you, Torys T11/T12 fracture (complete injury) paralysis from waist down is still in the same status of little to no feeling. At this point we are looking into alternate treatment through clinical trials. Most of these trials have a very short window of opportunity after injury for participation so working on getting things in motion. The trials we are submitting applications to are geographically all over the world, with high hopes for one which is a stem cell transplant through the mayo clinic in Minnesota. We recently have heard back and are in mid application process. In order to be considered they do require their own physical examination at the place of research so travel will be required and if eligible () likely many trips over a few year period. Unfortunately due to the experimental element we’re unable to rely on insurance and will have to be self funded. Every cure begins as a trial and the results have been promising, even if it doesn’t work we have contributed in the greater effort to find a cure. Any donations would be greatly appreciated to help aid us in the next few steps. Thank you all again, the community support has been overwhelming. #jonesstrong ”
He was the main income earner for his wife, Chelsea, and 2 amazing kids. We want to ensure that his wonderful family won't have to worry about bills and mortgage while they support him in the times to come.
Our goal is to raise as much money as we can to help reduce the financial worries that come with this stressful situation. Tory worked outside clearing trees and brush from power lines. This is a young family just getting started and needs our support.
Our Love , Prayers and Thoughts go out to him and his family.
All Funds are going to the family directly.
If you can help, Thank You from his family and friends. Please Share to your friends and followers.
