Totaled car on highway- compound fracture

Hey guys, my name is Zachary… I was involved in an auto accident I got into a 3 way collision rear ending the car in front of me at 65 mph. Leaving my car totaled, thankfully no one else was hurt. I was stuck in the car and trying to get out until I realized my leg and had broke and the bone had been sticking out in two places.. I also broke my right pinky. I’m asking for any help I can get as I will be out of work for a couple months, and still have a long road to recovery regarding physical therapy & the piling bills that come with that.
